UNINSURED SERVICES

There are uninsured services that are not covered by AHS. We have outlined the following for your information. Payment of fees are by cash or cheque.

No Show Fee: 15 minutes - $50.00
No Show Fee: 30 minutes or greater - $100.00
Driver's Medical (less than 75 years old) - $150.00
Transfer of Records - calculated as per guidelines set by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner
Out of Country Visits - $80.00
